Johnny was born and raised in Wigan, England and began his insurance career with RSA (Global Specialists Risks) where he worked as a Marine Underwriter.

Having received some truly world class training from both RSA and Allianz, Johnny decided that it was time to turn his "big company" underwriting pedigree to the benefit of his clients in one of the world's most opportunity rich cities, Hong Kong.

After coming up through the ranks in both claims and in marketing and having gained his ACII which is the highest professional qualification that the industry has to offer, Johnny was made a Director and Co-owner of BSI Brokers and with his direct access to composite insurers as well as specialist Lloyd's syndicates, Johnny can act on a wide range of both personal and corporate insurances.
