Stuart (1946, Maryland, USA) arrived in Hong Kong in 1969. He is a co-founder of BSI Brokers and is a director. He has more than 43 years experience in the insurance industry, both life and general.

He is a Hong Kong licensed insurance broker and consultant to International Administrators Ltd., Hong Kong's only "third party" insurance administrator.

He holds directorships in Pacific Cross International Ltd. and Pacific Cross Insurance Inc. of the Philippines and has been an advisor to various marine cargo underwriters specializing in household removals.

Stuart matriculated at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J. where he majored in Mathematics. He graduated in 1968 with a B.A.

Between 1969 and 1970 he was a NASDAQ Registered Representative at Investors Custodian Corp of Hong Kong and from 1968-1969, he was a Registered Representative with financial planner, Haight & Co of Washington D.C.

Between 1973 and 1991, he was a director of Blue Cross Asia Pacific Insurance Ltd, a Hong Kong based specialist health insurance underwriter.
